The written estimate controls the final scope. These are the ordinary areas considered when the property is vacant and safely accessible.

  • Heavy construction debris, paint, adhesive or restoration work
  • Biohazards, pests, regulated waste or unsafe conditions

  • Moving furniture, boxes or personal property
  • Unreachable areas or utilities that are not functioning
  • Any add-on or area not listed in the written scope
